Eligibility Criteria

• Having scored minimum of 70% in 10th/Xth, 12th/XIIth, Engineering degree and MCA/M.Sc (Comp. Science).
• In case, the candidate has done Diploma after 10th, then a minimum of 70% in Diploma is mandatory. If the candidate has completed both 12th or equivalent and Diploma, then again a minimum of 70% in both is mandatory.
• Candidates should not have more than 1-year gap between any 2 academic programs since SSC.
• Engineering streams/branch eligible are Computer Science/Computer Engineering/IT/Electronics & Communication/Electronics &Telecommunication/Telecom/Communication/Electronics or MCA/M.Sc (Comp. Science).
• 2025, 2024, 2023, 2022 Batch Freshers can apply for the Tech Mahindra Drive.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills.
• The candidate should be 18-28 years old.
• Good at coding skills.
• Candidate clears the written test.
• Applicants should be good at arithmetic and logical skills.
